Tend Yourself

Tend yourself
as you would
a garden.

Till the soil.
Pull out the rocks
and save them for later.
Rocks make nice
edges.

Buy good seeds.
Plant them
at the right depth,
with the proper amount
of space between them.

Hope for rain or
fill your watering can.

Trust our sustaining
sun.

Wait for green life, and later
harvest.
